• 10-INCH CHROMIUM-PLATED BLADE FOR CONTROLLED SLICING: Equipped with an Chromium-Plated 10-inch blade, this meat slicer delivers smooth, consistent slices of meat, cheese, bread, vegetables, ham, and fruit. The adjustable thickness dial produces slices from paper-thin to 15 mm. For best results with ultra-thin cuts, partially freeze boneless meat to approximately -4°C before slicing. PLEASE NOTE: The rock-hard meat taken directly from the freezer or frozen storage / the meat with bones need be partially thawed / deboned before processing.
• 1/3 HP AIR-COOLED COPPER MOTOR: The 250W air-cooled copper motor helps dissipate heat during extended use and provides stable slicing experience for long-time operation. For optimal performance, we recommend resting and cooling the slicer every 2 hours.
• BUILT-IN BLADE SHARPENER: Sharpen the blade in place without removing it. The integrated sharpener helps maintain a sharp, clean, consistent cutting edge and extend blade service life, reducing the need for frequent replacement.
• SAFETY-FOCUSED DESIGN: A fixed blade guard helps reduce accidental contact with the blade, while the food pusher helps keep hands away from the cutting edge during slicing.
