Ten quarts is larger than most colander sets go, and the wide shape uses that volume across the surface rather than in depth.
• 1MM PERFORATIONS HOLD SMALL GRAINS — The holes measure about 1mm across, smaller than the 2 to 3mm openings common on perforated colanders, so rice, quinoa, orzo, berries and small greens stay in the tray. They are punched through a solid sheet rather than woven as mesh, so there is nothing for seeds or stems to lodge in and it rinses clean easily.
• THICK-GAUGE 18/8 (304) STAINLESS STEEL — Food-grade 304 stainless with 18% chromium and 8% nickel, the same grade used in commercial kitchens. Corrosion-resistant, with no delicate woven wires to snag food. The raised base gives drainage clearance and spreads weight across the bottom, which is designed to resist flexing under a full load.
• STACKS FLAT, DISHWASHER SAFE — Three 16-inch colanders would normally take a whole shelf. These nest into a low stack instead, so the full set stores in a fraction of the depth. Manufactured in Korea with smoothly finished rims, seamless welds and a polished surface. Dishwasher safe, or rinse clean by hand.
