The Emile Henry Rice Pot has extra thick walls to defuse heat gently and evenly. The inner lid reatins the steam close to the rice for even stiam circulation and prevents boil over. Good for all types of rice and has a 6 serving capacity. Simply place even parts rice to water, bring the water to a slight boil, and cook for 10 minutes.
