• BÖRNER VITAL VEGETABLE SLICER (STARTER SET) – The Börner Vital V-Slicer is our innovative mandoline with a dressing function. The Vital Multi-Slicer in the starter set not only allows you to slice, strip, and dice in various thicknesses but also dispenses dressing onto the vegetables, so the finished salad with dressing, ends up in the bowl.
• WITH DRESSING FUNCTION – To add dressing, simply fill the designated cartridge with your dressing, close it, and start slicing! Use the multi-grater to prepare a delicious cucumber salad or delightful carpaccio from tomatoes or beets.
• SAFE & EASY TO USE – The set includes a safety guard / fruit holder. The fruit holder serves as a finger guard and protects your fingers from the sharp blades. Additionally, fruits & vegetables can be completely processed until the end. The ergonomic handle with a rubber coating ensures comfortable handling.
• EASY CLEANING – Simply rinse the V-slicer under running cold or warm water. Keep the insert in the V-frame while cleaning. Be careful not to touch the blade and also rinse the fruit holder under running water. The V-slicer can also be cleaned in the dishwasher.
