With a tempered glass cover and PFAS-free ceramic nonstick surface, inside and out, this 10-quart multi-cooker is so versatile you’ll use it every day. Utilize the multi-use basket for deep frying, steaming, and blanching. Make soups, stews, roasts, ham, rice, vegetables, pastas, and casseroles—enough to feed a crowd. The adjustable Control Master® heat control maintains cooking temperatures automatically. Deep fry up to ten cups for jumbo batches of chicken, fish, fries, and donuts. The XL size is especially handy for steaming seafood, or blanching vegetables for canning and freezing. Hook the basket onto the rim of the multi-cooker for easy draining. Kitchen Kettle XL features a large diameter nonstick cooking surface for convenient browning and easy cleaning. Multi-cooker and cover are fully immersible with the heat control removed.
